The hotel was respectable, it met every demand, I enjoyed its simple location really close to Grand Bazar and many sights and the historic center. The personnel was NICE and amicable. The rooms were spacious in general. Having hair dryers, a bidet, and a walk-in shower was a bonus. I had a great time at this property and would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated near the Grand Bazaar, making it convenient for endless shopping opportunities. it is close to all the major tourist attractions, allowing easy access to the landmarks by walking or using public transportation. the staff is friendly and always available for assistance, providing excellent service. the breakfast offers a wide variety of food, ensuring guests are never left hungry. the hotel also offers assistance in organizing tours, making it convenient to explore the city.

There were instances where the hot water for showers was not consistently available and the room was not properly serviced, which was disappointing.
